Staging Consultation - Approx. 2 hours, including an in depth report detailing what is required to prepare your home for sale $175 (up to 2000 sq ft)
Staging/Showcasing - After the consultation, the homeseller is provided with a bid to have the final display work and set up completed by a team of Certified Stagers. This includes hanging of all artwork and furniture & accent placement using as much of the homeowners items as possible (approx. 5-9 hours) This may include the rental of furniture and accessories, and any extra labour required. *$395 +
Mini Staging - After the consultation and the house is prepped, we come back to ensure that everything is in order for the marketing photos to be taken. This is a condensed version of a staging (approx. 2-3 hours)whereby the homeowner does most of the tasks outlined in the consultation i.e. furniture placement etc. **$255
Furniture & Accessory Rental and/or Shopping - Based on requirements, and homeseller/agents agreement. Costs vary starting at $125/mo. +
Move In Service - After you have moved, sometimes you may want a little help with merging your old things with your new home. We can come into your new home and assist in furniture and accessory arrangement. $75/hr
Staging for Living /One Day Staging - Recommendations for freshening up your living space. This service can include paint colours, furniture placement, and ideas for overall decluttering. $75/hr
