Staging Consultation - Approx. 2 hours, including an in depth report detailing what is required to prepare your home for sale $175 (up to 2000 sq ft)
Staging/Showcasing - After the consultation, the homeseller is provided with a bid to have the final display work and set up completed by a team of Certified Stagers. This includes hanging of all artwork and furniture & accent placement using as much of the homeowners items as possible (approx. 5-9 hours) This may include the rental of furniture and accessories, and any extra labour required. *$495 +
Mini Staging - After the consultation and the house is prepped by the homeowner, we come back to ensure that everything is in order for optimal marketing photos to be taken. This is a condensed version of a staging (approx. 2-3 hours) whereby we make any necessary adjustments required through out the property using only the clients accents and furnishings. **$295
Furniture & Accessory Rental - Based on requirements, and homeseller/agents agreement. This service in in in conjunction and only available with the "Mini Staging" and "Staging" services. Costs vary starting at $125/mo. +
Move In Service - After you have moved, sometimes you may want a little help with merging your old things with your new home. We can come into your new home and assist in furniture and accessory arrangement. $75/hr
Staging for Living /One Day Staging - Recommendations for freshening up your living space. This service can include paint colours, furniture placement, and ideas for overall decluttering. $75/hr
Shopping Services- Based on requirements. Selecting furnishings to co-ordinate (or replace) with homeowners existing items +$75/hr
